Dolly day is an event that focuses mostly on BJD, but you will be able to find not only these dolls and their accessories but also Dollfies, Pullips and Blythes.
WHEN DOES ENTRY TICKET SALE START AND END?
Entry tickets can be bought starting on October 1st and ends one week before the event on June 3rd.
WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?
A basic ticket will grant you entry to the event and also participation in our general activities like the Search&Win. A full ticket includes all of the above and also participation in our Surprise Time, and also a tote bag full of flyers, gifts from the staff, cards,…..
WHAT IS THE MINIUM AGE FOR FREE ENTRY
Children up to 7 years old can access the event for free.
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET?
Yes, you can, but you must inform the staff via dollydayevent@gmail.com stating your full name, the email address you bought the tickets with and the full name of the new ticket owner.
MUST I PRINT MY TICKET?
No, you can bring it on your phone.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Tickets sales are final and there are no refunds available. Only in the case that the event cancels not due to force majeure there will be refunds.
